Yes!! Its a wild pillow inception art piece from back when Sarumi were big. Saru is on a pillow that has a picture of misaki on the back but then he’s holding a smaller version of the same picture of misaki on a smaller pillow. Bc you know when you truly hate someone not only do you hang their photo up with knives you also take a photo of that photo and have it printed on a pillow.
